The Bear

Learn the moves of the bear. Fight against the resistance to reach for the bell at the other end and crawl to the starting point.

1 bell ring = 1 rep, 5 reps = 1 point

The Booster

Squat, swing & explode into your potential ! Get the right posture and you get rewarded.

10 booster jumps = 1 point

The Puller

Do you have the pull factor? You might need some serious strategising with your team mates if you want to excel in this.

1 Pull   = 1 point

The Shuffler

Everyday, I’m Shuffling! Move the ViPR side to side to get the points!

Each time ViPR Touches floor (either side ) = 1 rep; 10 reps = 1 point

The Skipper

Common childhood exercise but this time, the skipping rope is your enemy.

1 point will be deducted for every trip.

The Walker

8, the number that represents good fortune. Carry the weight of the kettlebell and walk as many figure of 8 to earn your points.

1 figure 8 = 1 rep, 10 reps = 1 point

The Baller

Get your full body workout by forming a bridge to transport the ball across the finishing line.

1 touch down = 1 point

The Thrower

Throw with precision to your partner or your points will be deducted if the ball drops!

10 successful throws= 1 rep; 1 reps = 1 point
